WE'RE BUILDING SOMETHING AT THE MARK

More than a soaring addition to the Seattle skyline. More than a new standard for Seattle office space. More than a world-class hotel, acclaimed restaurant and historic events venue. And more than a vibrant hub of community. We're building on the Seattle story.

A Catalyst for Connection

Our Midtown home is the epicenter of Seattle’s legal, financial, creative and technology workforces. But for too long, the district has lacked a vital heart of community. We’re ready to fix that, to help energize the neighborhood and actively engage people within the building, along with those in neighboring buildings and well beyond.
